The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the title of the bill to read as follows:
H. B. 3317 -- " A BILL to amend and reenact §5A-8-15 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to public records management and preservation; requiring county government entities to offer records to the Director of the Section of Archives and History of the Division of Culture and History prior to destroying or disposing of them; and allowing the allocation of funds in the Public Records and Preservation Revenue Account for grants to counties for records management, access and preservation purposes in accordance with legislative rule. "
